  2. WHAT IS YOUR NUMBER ONE TIP FOR KEEPING SENIORS ACTIVE AND HAPPY? My no. 1 tip is to stop, look, and listen. There is more to them than what you see. Stop and acknowledge that they were once where you are. Look within that individual and focus on their strength and not their disability. Take time to listen they are a treasure of wisdom, and strength. They have something to share that may help you one day. Always include a daily dose of laughter that can impact a resident’s day.
  3. WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR WORK? What I like about my job is seeing the countless smiles on the residents faces and laughing with them.  It is a privilege to be a part of their lives while on this journey.
